Hello and welcome. I’m Helen, a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (currently for Level I & II), Holy Fire® Reiki Master, Karuna® Reiki Master, and an ICRT Animal Reiki Master Teacher based in Derbyshire, UK. I’m honoured to be one of the first Licensed Reiki Master Teachers at Level I & II in the UK, sharing classes at all levels with students locally, internationally, and online.

My journey began in equestrianism, coaching, and animal welfare, and in 2017 Holy Fire® Reiki led me on a path aligning me with my soul purpose and opening new ways to support myself and others. With an MSc in Behaviour Change, I help you access inner balance, emotional resilience, and personal growth, while deepening your connection with Reiki.

I bring warmth, clarity, and a gentle sense of humor to my classes, creating a nurturing space where students feel supported, seen, and empowered. I guide you through Reiki, transformational coaching, and spiritual work rooted in ancient wisdom, nature, and animals—especially horses—and I am deeply committed to supporting your transformative potential.
