Browser
The survey works best if you have a newer browser. Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher or Netscape 4.0 or higher is best. If you do not have this level browser, I suggest you download it from the web. I recommend Internet Explorer. To download Internet Explorer 6.0, click here. To download Netscape 6.0, click here

Cookies
If you are having trouble accessing the Reiki Survey please be sure that cookies are turned on in your web browser.

If you are using the Internet Explorer web browser, please follow these instructions to turn on cookies:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools.
3. Click on Internet Options.
4. Click on Secrurity.
5. Click on Custom Level.
6. Scroll to Cookies and make sure they are enabled.
7. Click OK, OK.

If you have a browser other than the Internet Explorer, you will need to follow a similar procedure to turn on Cookies.
