Mary Grace has been practicing Reiki since February 1995. Mary has been a Center Licensed Reiki Master Teacher since November 1997. She is also a Registered Karuna Reiki® Master.

Mary has a Masters Degree in Special Education in the state of Minnesota and teaches at the high school level where her expertise is in the area of assessment, team building, casemanagement, consulting and meditation. Her own health problems (no cartilage in her knees) have led her to alternative health practices that enhance her love of learning and empower the individual as a co-creator.

Mary has been ordained in the Universal Life Church and the Order of Melchizedek. Her seeking of universal truths has led her to work with teachers in many traditions and beliefs. Her own truths are most easily expressed in Buddhist and Native practices, where all life is honored.  Mary's love for the Earth draws her to spend as much time as possible in
the Southwest and Mt. Shasta areas of the country.

Mary's love of the Earth has led her to a Master of Crystology Certification with a leader in the field Melody. Mary has also taken many courses developed by DaBen and Orin and taught by Duane Packer and Sanaya Roman. Mary's deep training in this area has allowed her to gain the skills needed to teach "Awakening Your Light Body" course live and to teach the "Radiance: Self-Exciting" course.

Mary has then gone on to work with Amy Skezas to become a "Flow Alignment and Connection" practitioner. This practice works with Athabascar and the Communities of Light, for group consciousness holds keys that are greater than the sum of the parts. These spaces allow you to open doorways to yourself as a multidimensional being.

Mary shares her experiences of love with others through Reiki so they may connect with this universal law of love and to be in their experience.  Reiki can open us up to allow us to feel more on an energy level. All of a sudden our perception is changed from something we have labeled as painful or fearful to a place where we can be, not resist, and learn the wisdom or truth from the experience. Life begins to Flow.
