Michelle Brennan is an Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher who lives with her husband on the central coast of California. Her three adult "children" live on their own, but still play an active part in family life. She was first introduced to Reiki in 1994 as the result of a serious illness and credits Reiki with her recovery and continued health and well-being. Michelle has Master degrees in Communication Disorders and in Counseling Psychology. She previously had a private practice in communication disorders for over ten years. Then owned and operated a personal and spiritual development center which specialized in Reiki classes and treatments, personal coaching, group goal setting, and group spiritual development prior to moving to California. Michelle is certified as a personal and executive coach through the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine and continues to have an active coaching practice. She has written for local, regional, and international publications. Michelle has been practicing Reiki since 1994 and has taught classes since 1996. She offers individual treatments and all levels of classes on the central coast of California in the beautiful Monterey area. As a Senior licensed teacher with The International Center for Reiki Training, Michelle is able to offer continuing education credits for nurses and massage therapists for all levels of classes.
